The company was started by Alfred Vanderpol 8  years ago, to connect small businesses and private investors. The company quickly evolved in helping small business owners not only to be more attractive to investors but moreover to be more competitive and reach stability.

Alfred Vanderpol is originally from Paris, France. Shortly  after graduating high school, he moved to the United States to study Business Administration and Computer Science at Sacred Heart University in CT. He worked in several industries, including construction, technology, steam engineering and consulting.

He has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. He moved to Mexico more than a decade ago, and partnered with top business consultants.
